Important Search engine Google Updates: Regarding over SEO optimization

I see an important uptick in problems in the Forum about downgrades and delisting of positions in the last 12 hour. Most of them arriving beginning today in the before or so and more and more reviews arriving in via the search engines Google Webmaster Forum Boards. I have received this by seroundtable via webmaster.

The continuous Search engine Google Webmaster World line has a rise in action from webmaster seeing variations in the search engines Google. A mature participant said, "Having the greatest visitors beginning morning in month. Since the lesser information set seems to be or can be excellent/great for me, it’s unbelievable what that will carry....good or bad?" This is followed by a lot of other problems about improves and reduces in positions.

This can be a Panda upgrade and also this can be a charge/penalty or over optimize Filter. It’s completely not clear but something is to be going.
